I Made This Show & I'm Taking It To Edinburgh

  • Lights Of Soho 35 Brewer St, Soho London W1F 0RX UK (map)

It's that time of year again where we pack up our creative kit bag and move on mass to Edinburgh for the annual Fringe Festival. It's one of our favourite Arts festivals and we're always excited to see the plethora of new work and emerging talent. It seems that each year the number of Women creating their own work and debuting it at the festival grows, this year is no exception. We are delighted to welcome to our next panel two women who are doing just that. Naomi Sheldon & Rebecca Humphries, are Actors & Theatre Makers, they have both written plays, which they will perform in at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2017. We are thrilled to be returning to Lights of Soho who we've worked on past events. If you'd like to attend please drop us an email: thedarlingsclub@gmail.com

Naomi Sheldon trained at LAMDA and has this year trained with the Free Association in improvisation. She is currently a member of two teams. Good Girl is her first play.

She says of her work, " It’s about big emotions, growing up in the 90s, sexual awakening, friendships and bad choices. Oh, and witchcraft. Think Caitlin Moran meets The Craft (look it up if you haven’t heard of it you heathens) plus ABBA."
